As a holder of an English Literature degree from the Open University, a long-standing member of Brixham Writer’s Group and editor of the Tolkien Society’s exclusive members’ magazine, I’m no stranger to the written word. Copy-editing

  • £20 per hour, minimum of one hour
  • Any medium/content, the longer the piece the higher the cost, but thorough service and consultation by phone or email before work is taken on to agree rough pricing/deadline needed etc
  • Examples include: articles, short stories, essays and dissertations, manuscripts, blogs and website content.

  • The Basic - One off blog post, of 400wds on any subject for £15 (£20 to include doing the research myself)
  • The Basic+ - Three blog posts of 400wds on any topic spread over three months £40 (£45 to include doing the research myself)
  • 6 Month - One blog post of 400wds on any topic per month for 6 months £80 (£85 to include doing the research myself)
  • 12 Month - One blog post of 400 words on any topic per month for 12 months £140 (£160 to include doing the research myself)
