“If Eden exists, this is it”Of all the places in the world I thought I'd make it to, Hooters in Las Vegas wasn't one of them but, in March 2014 that's exactly where I found myself.A few days earlier I had boarded a plane to the other side of the world with more than thirty complete strangers, about to embark on the biggest adventure of my life so far.Our official challenge was to trek the Grand Canyon to raise money for the Make A Wish Foundation, two days in Vegas would be our, reward. Our UN official challenge was to come together, this group of all ages, from all walks of life, to become a successful team.We had only eight days in which to tackle these challenges and to fight our personal demons as we pushed our bodies, minds and emotions to their limits. This is the journal of one of the most important weeks of my life.
